54) local referendum (local referendum) - a referendum conducted in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, this Federal law, other federal laws, the constitution (charter), law of a subject of the Russian Federation, or charter of a municipal formation among citizens of the Russian Federation who have the right to participate in a referendum and whose place of residence is located within the territory of the municipal formation;
