Database Manufacturer
1. The manufacturer of a database shall be deemed to be the person who organized the creation of the database and the work relating to the collection, processing, and arrangement of its constituent materials. In the absence of evidence to the contrary, the manufacturer of the database shall be deemed to be the individual or legal entity whose name or designation is indicated in the usual manner on an instance of the database and (or) its packaging.
2. The manufacturer of a database shall have:
the exclusive right of the database manufacturer;
the right to indicate their name or designation on instances of the database and (or) their packaging
