Exclusive right of the database maker
1. The database producer holds the exclusive right to extract materials from the database and to use them subsequently in any form and by any means (the producer's exclusive right with respect to the database). The database producer may dispose of the aforementioned exclusive right. In the absence of evidence to the contrary, a database which requires significant expenditures is considered to be a database containing no fewer than ten thousand independent informational elements (materials) constituting the content of the database (second paragraph of point 2 of article 1260)
