2) municipal service provided by a local self-government body (hereinafter referred to as a municipal service), - activities aimed at implementing the functions of a local self-government body (hereinafter referred to as the body providing municipal services), which are carried out upon request by applicants within the authority of the body providing municipal services, in relation to matters of local importance established in accordance with the Federal Law of October 6, 2003 No. 131-FZ "On the General Principles of Organization of Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation" and the charters of municipal formations;
