priority investment project - an investment project, the total volume of capital investments in which meets the requirements of Russian Federation legislation, included in the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation;

priority investment project - an investment project in which the total volume of foreign investments amounts to at least 1 billion rubles (at least the equivalent amount in foreign currency according to the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of entry into force of this Federal law), or an investment project in which the minimum share (contribution) of foreign investors in the charter (paid-in) capital of a commercial organization with foreign investments amounts to at least 100 million rubles (at least the equivalent amount in foreign currency according to the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of entry into force of this Federal law), included in the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation;
