wind shear - a change in direction and/or speed of wind in space, including updrafts and downdrafts (weak wind shear - up to 2 m/s at 30 meter height, moderate - from 2 to 4 m/s at 30 meter height, strong - from 4 to 6 m/s at 30 meter height, very strong - 6 m/s or more at 30 meter height);
