Commodity Credit
The parties may enter into an agreement providing for the obligation of one party to deliver goods defined by generic characteristics to the other party (a commodity credit agreement). The rules of paragraph 2 of this chapter apply to such an agreement, unless otherwise provided in the agreement or implied from the nature of the obligation.
