Duty-free trade


Duty-free trade - a customs procedure under which goods are sold in retail stores to individuals leaving the customs territory of the Customs Union, as well as to foreign diplomatic missions, international organizations' representative offices equivalent thereto, consular institutions, and diplomatic agents, consular officials, and members of their families living with them, without paying customs duties, taxes, and without applying non-tariff regulation measures
