Contract on the Provision of Services by a Specialized Depository
2. Under the service agreement with a specialized custodian, the authorized federal body shall, for a fee established by such agreement in accordance with this Federal Law, be obliged to provide the authorized federal body with services of a specialized custodian, and the authorized federal body shall be obliged to accept and pay for such services in accordance with Articles 17 and 19 of this Federal Law. The amount of payment for the services of a specialized custodian relative to the value of net assets managed by management companies that have entered into agreements with the specialized custodian shall be reduced as the accumulations for housing provision transferred to management companies for trust management increase.
3. The term of service agreements with a specialized custodian is five years. The term of the aforementioned agreements concluded during the first two years from the date of entry into force of this Federal Law is two years
