Point of Delivery of Electricity on the Retail Market
"point of delivery on the retail market" - a place of performance of obligations under energy supply contracts, sale and purchase (delivery) of electric energy (capacity), provision of services for transmission of electric energy and services whose provision is an integral part of the process of delivering electric energy to consumers, used to determine the volume of mutual obligations of subjects of retail markets under the aforementioned contracts, located, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation on electric power, at the boundary of balance ownership of consumer's energy receiving devices, production facilities electric energy (power) of the electric energy (power) producer, facilities of the power grid infrastructure of the grid organization defined in the act delimiting balance ownership, and until the preparation of the act delimiting balance ownership in accordance with established procedures - at the connection point of the consumer's (electric power system object) energy receiving device to the facilities of the adjacent electric power system entity;
