Supply Contract
Under a supply contract, a supplier-seller engaged in entrepreneurial activity is obligated to deliver goods produced or acquired by them to the buyer within the stipulated time or times for use in entrepreneurial activities or other purposes not related to personal, family, household, or similar usage.
