Acceptance Act of a Capital Construction Project
The acceptance act of a capital construction object - is a document prepared in the case of construction, reconstruction, or capital repair based on a contract, formatted in accordance with the requirements of civil legislation, signed by the developer (client) and the performer (contractor, general contractor) of the works on construction, reconstruction, or capital repair of the capital construction object, confirming that the obligations of the performer (contractor, general contractor) towards the developer (client) have been fulfilled, the results of the work correspond to the land plot's urban planning plan, approved project documentation, technical regulations requirements, other contract terms, and that the developer (client) accepts the works performed by the performer (contractor, general contractor). In accordance with paragraph 4 of part 3 of article 55 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, the acceptance act of a capital construction object is attached to the application for issuing a permit for putting the object into operation.
