1) developer - a legal entity regardless of its organizational and legal form, which owns or leases, subleases, or uses under the terms provided by Federal Law No. 161-FZ dated July 24, 2008 "On Measures to Support the Development of Housing Construction" (hereinafter referred to as the Federal Law "On Measures to Support the Development of Housing Construction") a land plot on a gratuitous temporary use basis and attracts funds from participants in shared construction in accordance with this Federal Law for the construction (creation) of multi-apartment buildings and/or other real estate objects, except for objects of industrial purpose, based on the obtained construction permit;
