Election Observer (Referendum)


2. An observer may be a citizen of the Russian Federation who has reached the age of 18 and has the right to participate in a referendum. Observers cannot be elected officials, persons under their immediate subordination, or judges, prosecutors.

42) observer - a citizen of the Russian Federation authorized to conduct observation of the voting process, counting of votes and other activities of the commission during the voting period, determination of its results, and determination of the results of elections or referendums, including the activity of the commission for checking the correctness of determining the results of voting and determining the results of elections or referendums;
