Suitable work
1. Suitable work is considered to be work, including temporary work, that corresponds to the worker's professional suitability taking into account his level of professional training, conditions of his last place of employment (excluding paid public works), health condition, and accessibility of the workplace.
2. The maximum distance of suitable work from the residence of the unemployed person is determined by employment service bodies taking into account the development of the public transport network in the given locality.

3. Paid work, including temporary work and public works, requiring or not requiring (taking into account age and other characteristics of citizens) prior training, meeting the requirements of labor legislation and other normative legal acts containing norms of labor law (hereinafter - labor legislation), is considered suitable for citizens:
