Unaccompanied baggage
1) unaccompanied baggage - goods for personal use belonging to an individual, handed over or to be handed over to the carrier under an international transportation contract (transportation expedition) for actual movement across the customs border in connection with the entry of this individual onto the territory of the customs union or their exit from the customs territory of the customs union;

" "goods moved by individuals in unaccompanied baggage" - goods intended for personal use by individuals traveling through the state border of the Russian Federation, moved across the customs border of the Russian Federation by carriers under transport contracts (via baggage receipt, waybill, bill of lading) concluded with individuals, and presented to customs authorities by carriers (i.e., the place and/or time of arrival of these goods on the customs territory of the Russian Federation or departure from this territory do not coincide with the location and/or time of actual crossing by individuals
