Representative of the insurer in the federal subject of the Russian Federation
representative of the insurer in the subject of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - representative of the insurer) - a separate division of the insurer (branch) located in the subject of the Russian Federation, performing within the limits prescribed by civil legislation the powers of the insurer regarding consideration of victims' claims for insurance payouts and/or direct damage compensation, as well as their implementation, or another insurer that has joined an agreement on direct damage compensation and performs, based on a contract concluded with the insurer, the powers to consider victims' claims for insurance payouts and their implementation on behalf of and at the expense of the insurer who has insured the civil liability of the person who caused damage, and/or the authority to consider claims for direct compensation of damages and to make payments on behalf of and at the expense of the insurer who has insured the civil liability of the victim;
