Customs border of the customs union

2. The customs territory of the Customs Union is considered as the customs border of the Customs Union (hereinafter - customs border).

3. In accordance with international agreements of the member states of the Customs Union, the customs border may be the boundaries of separate territories located on the territories of the member states of the Customs Union.

"customs border" - the limits of the unified customs territory, including the limits of artificial islands, installations, structures and other objects located in the exclusive economic zones and on the continental shelves of member states of the Customs Union, in respect of which the member states of the Customs Union have exclusive jurisdiction, as well as the limits of special (free or special) economic zones established on the territories of member states of the Customs Union, in accordance with the legislation of any of the member states of the Customs Union
