Federal Service for Tariff Regulation of Russia (FST Russia)
1. The Federal Service for Tariffs (FST Russia) is a federal executive body authorized to carry out legal regulation in the field of state regulation of prices (tariffs) on goods (services) in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and to monitor their implementation, except for price and tariff regulation falling within the competence of other federal executive bodies, as well as a federal executive body responsible for regulating natural monopolies, performing functions related to determining (setting) prices (tariffs) and carrying out control regarding matters connected with the determination (setting) and application of prices (tariffs) in the fields of activity of subjects of natural monopolies
