2. Linear-cable communication structures that are real estate objects include communication structures firmly connected to the ground, the movement of which without disproportionate harm to their purpose is impossible.
3. Linear-cable communication structures whose rights are subject to state registration include:
1) a set of heterogeneous immovable property items technologically forming a single entity, connected by physical chains (cables) that are movable property, having the following characteristics simultaneously:
presence of functional and technological interconnection;
intended for use in common purpose for placing communication cables;
presence of length (extent);
2) real estate created or adapted for the placement of communication cables, functionally and technologically not interconnected and not forming a single entity with other communication structures
