Driver
"Driver" - a person who operates (uses) a vehicle on the right of ownership, use, or disposal, whose liability is insured under a compulsory insurance policy. This person also operates a vehicle based on an employment contract (contract) or civil law agreement with the owner or another owner of the vehicle, whose liability is insured in accordance with the compulsory insurance policy. During training in driving a vehicle, the driver is considered to be the teaching individual;

"Driver" - a person operating any vehicle, a herdsman leading pack animals, riding animals or livestock along the road. A person teaching driving is regarded as equivalent to a driver.
