Victim
victim – a person whose life, health or property has been damaged as a result of use of a vehicle by another person, including a pedestrian, a driver of a vehicle who caused damage, and a passenger of a vehicle – a participant in a road traffic accident (excluding a person recognized as a victim in accordance with the Federal Law "On Mandatory Insurance of the Carrier's Civil Liability for Causing Harm to the Life, Health or Property of Passengers and on the Procedure for Compensating Such Damage Caused During Passenger Transportation by Metro");
