Grants
Grants are monetary and other means transferred free of charge and without reimbursement by citizens and legal entities, including foreign citizens and foreign legal entities, as well as international organizations that have been granted the right to provide grants on the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the procedures established by the Government of the Russian Federation, for the implementation of specific scientific, scientific and technical programs and projects, innovative projects, and the conduct of specific scientific research under conditions set by the grantors.
