Number of workers involved in a strike
The number of employees directly involved in the strike refers to the number of employees who participated directly in the strike, regardless of whether this was throughout the entire duration of the action or during part of the time. Employees working part-time are included on the same basis as those working full-time. Employees who were absent from their workplace for reasons such as illness, annual or other leave, business trips, etc., are not taken into account.
