Part-Time Work
By agreement between the employee and employer, part-time work (shift) or a reduced work week may be established both at the time of employment and subsequently. The employer is obliged to establish part-time work (shift) or a reduced work week upon request by a pregnant woman, one of the parents (guardian, custodian) who has a child under fourteen years of age (a disabled child under eighteen years of age), as well as a person providing care for a sick family member in accordance with a medical certificate issued in accordance with procedures established by federal laws and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation.
