20. Permanent loss of general work capacity refers to irreversible loss of functions in the form of limitation of vital activities (loss of innate and acquired human abilities for self-care) and loss of a person's work capacity regardless of their qualification or profession (specialization) (loss of innate and acquired human abilities to perform actions aimed at achieving a socially significant result in the form of a specific product, item, or service)
