Aseptic Packaging of Fruit (Vegetables, Mushrooms) Products
Aseptic packaging of fruit [vegetable, mushroom] products: technological operation and technical means for the preparation and packaging of industrially sterile fruit [vegetable, mushroom] products into sterile containers, ensuring and maintaining sterility of the technical means used, the surrounding environment, and the containers in the packaging area throughout the entire operation.
Note - Industrially sterile fruit [vegetable, mushroom] products do not contain microorganisms capable of developing at the storage temperature established for a specific type of fruit [vegetable, mushroom] product, as well as microorganisms and microbial toxins hazardous to consumer health.
