15) "blood components" - constituents of blood (red blood cells, platelets, granulocytes, plasma, cryoprecipitate), taken from a donor or prepared by various methods from the donor's blood and intended for clinical use, or for the production of medicinal products, or for use in scientific research and educational purposes;
