Professional Competence of Pedagogical Personnel
Professional competence is the quality of an employee's actions that ensure effective resolution of professional-pedagogical problems and typical professional tasks arising in real situations of pedagogical activities, using life experience, existing qualifications, widely recognized values; mastery of modern educational technologies, pedagogical diagnostic technologies (surveys, individual and group interviews), psychopedagogical correction, stress relief and other methods, methodological techniques, pedagogical tools and their continuous improvement; use of methodological ideas, new literature and other information sources in the field of competence and teaching methodologies for constructing modern lessons with students (pupils, children), carrying out evaluative-reflective analysis
