Repeated Citizen Appeals
4.13. Repeated are applications (requests) received from the same person regarding the same issue, if:
the applicant or user is not satisfied with the answer provided by the Judicial Department to their initial application (request);
since the submission of the first application (request), the established period for consideration has expired and no response has been given to the applicant or user1
