International scientific organization (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) - an international organization established for the purpose of implementing a coordinated science and technology policy and coordinating the activities of national scientific organizations of states founding the Organization in certain priority areas of scientific and technological cooperation of mutual interest to these states, functioning on the basis of an intergovernmental agreement on the establishment of the Organization, as well as its charter
