Scientific Organization


1. A scientific organization is a legal entity, regardless of its organizational and legal form and ownership structure, as well as an association of scientific workers carrying out basic scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities, training of scientific personnel and acting in accordance with the founding documents of the scientific organization.

Scientific organizations are divided into research organizations, scientific organizations of higher education institutions, experimental design, project design, project technology and other organizations engaged in scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities
