"gas distribution organizations" - specialized republican, regional, provincial, city, inter-district, and rural organizations engaged in the development and operation of gas supply systems for territories, ensuring customers with gas, as well as providing services for transporting gas through their networks;

b) "gas distribution organization" - a specialized organization that operates the gas distribution system and provides services related to delivering gas to consumers. A gas distribution organization may be an organization that owns the gas distribution system, which it received during privatization or created or acquired on other grounds provided for by Russian Federation legislation, or an organization that has concluded an agreement with the owner of the gas distribution system for its operation;
