Controlling Party
Controlling party - a person who has the right directly or indirectly (through persons under its control) to manage, due to participation in a controlled organization and/or on the basis of trust management agreements, and/or simple partnership agreements, and/or mandates, and/or shareholder agreements, and/or other agreements, the subject of which is the exercise of rights confirmed by shares (interests) of the controlled organization, more than 50 percent of the votes in the highest governing body of the controlled organization or the right to appoint (elect) a single executive body and/or more than 50 percent of the composition of the collegial governing body of the controlled organization. This term is used only for the purposes of disclosure and/or provision of information in accordance with this Federal Law
