Object of Trust Management
1. Objects of trust management may be enterprises and other property complexes, individual objects relating to real estate, securities, rights evidenced by dematerialized securities, exclusive rights, and other property.
2. Money cannot be a separate object of trust management, except in cases provided for by law.
3. Property under economic management or operational control may not be transferred into trust management. Transfer of property that was previously under economic management or operational control into trust management is possible only after the liquidation of the legal entity under which the property was held, or upon termination of economic management or operational control over the property and its transfer to the owner's possession on other grounds provided by law.

3.1. Objects of trust management for a credit institution acting as a trustee may be monetary funds in the currency of the Russian Federation and foreign currency, securities, precious stones and precious metals, derivative financial instruments owned by residents of the Russian Federation on the right of ownership
