Representatives of the employer
The employer's interests during collective negotiations, when concluding or amending a collective agreement, as well as when considering and resolving collective labor disputes between employees and the employer are represented by the head of the organization, the employer who is an individual entrepreneur (personally), or persons authorized by them in accordance with this Code, other federal laws, and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, laws and other normative legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation, normative legal acts of local self-government bodies, charter documents of a legal entity (organization), and internal regulatory acts.
