Head of the Organization
Head of the organization - a physical person who, in accordance with this Code, other federal laws and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, laws and other normative legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation, normative legal acts of local self-government bodies, founding documents of the legal entity (organization), and internal regulatory acts, exercises leadership over this organization, including performing the functions of its sole executive body
