13.2) beverages produced on the basis of beer (beer-based beverages) - alcoholic products with an ethanol content formed during the fermentation of beer wort not exceeding 7 percent of the volume of the finished product, which are produced from beer (not less than 40 percent of the volume of the finished product) and (or) prepared from malt wort (not less than 40 percent of the mass of raw materials), water with or without the addition of grain products, sugar-containing products, hops and (or) hop products, fruit and other plant raw materials, their processed products, aromatic and flavoring additives, without the addition of ethanol;
