7) alcoholic products - food products produced with or without the use of ethyl alcohol made from food raw materials, and (or) spirit-containing food products, with a content of ethyl alcohol exceeding 0.5 percent of the volume of the finished product, except for food products in accordance with the list established by the Government of the Russian Federation. Alcoholic products are divided into such categories as alcoholic beverages (including vodka), wine, fruit wine, liqueur wine, sparkling wine (champagne), wine drinks, beer and drinks made on the basis of beer;

Alcoholic products include potable ethyl alcohol, vodka, liqueur products, brandy, whiskey, wine drinks, calvados, low-alcohol products, grape and fruit wines, and other food products containing ethyl alcohol made from food raw materials in an amount exceeding 1.5 percent of the volume of alcoholic products
