Ordinary humanitarian visa
36. A regular humanitarian visa is issued to a foreign citizen entering the Russian Federation for the purpose of conducting scientific, cultural, socio-political, sports or religious contacts and communication, pilgrimage, charitable activities or delivering humanitarian aid. A regular humanitarian visa may be single-entry or double-entry for a period up to three months or multiple-entry for a period up to one year. The total duration of stay of a foreign citizen on the territory of the Russian Federation under a multiple-entry humanitarian visa is determined in accordance with the third paragraph of point 17 of this Regulation.
