Committee of State Services of the City of Moscow
The Committee of State Services of the City of Moscow (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) is a functional body of executive authority of the City of Moscow, performing functions related to developing and implementing state policy in the area of improving the system of state governance of the City of Moscow, optimizing the performance of state functions and state services, transitioning state services to an electronic format and inter-agency cooperation (excluding issues related to the creation, implementation, operation, ensuring interaction and compatibility of city information systems and resources in this field), as well as
material and technical support, methodological and legal regulation of the creation and operation of multifunctional centres for providing state services within the territory of the city of Moscow (hereinafter referred to as the established area of activity)
