Custodian of Valuables
2.2. For the purposes of this Regulation, a depositor of valuables may be any legal entity placing valuables on storage under the right of ownership or pursuant to an agreement for trust management of property or an agency agreement. Depositors should not have restrictions regarding their legal capacity to hold valuables, to enter into agreements for the storage of valuables, to enter into agreements aimed at transferring these valuables, as well as agreements aimed at encumbering valuables with third-party rights.
