Atmosphere of tests
Test atmosphere: the atmosphere in which the test sample or specimen is located during testing.
Notes
1. The atmosphere is characterized by established values of one or several parameters: temperature, relative humidity and pressure, maintained within permissible limits.
2. Testing is conducted either in a laboratory room, or in a special test chamber, or in a conditioning chamber. This choice depends on the type of controlled specimen and the type of testing. For example, precise control over test atmosphere parameters may not be required if properties
the control sample changes insignificantly during the test period
