Temporary Administration of a Credit Organization
1. The temporary administration is a special management body of the credit institution, appointed by the Bank of Russia in accordance with the procedure established by this Federal Law and the regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia.
2. The temporary administration operates in accordance with this Federal Law, other federal laws, and the regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia.
3. During the period of operation of the temporary administration, the powers of the executive bodies of the credit institution may be restricted or suspended by the Bank of Russia's act appointing the temporary administration in accordance with the procedures and conditions established by this Federal Law
