Hooliganism
1. Hooliganism, that is a gross violation of public order expressing clear disrespect for society, committed:
a) with the use of weapons or objects used as weapons;
b) motivated by political, ideological, racial, national or religious hatred or hostility, or motivated by hatred or hostility towards any social group, -
is punishable by a fine in the amount from three hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the convicted person's salary or other income for a period of two to three years, or compulsory work for a term up to four hundred and eighty hours, or corrective labor for a term from one to two years, or forced labor for a term up to five years, or deprivation of liberty for the same term.

2. The same act committed by a group of persons acting in concert or an organized group, or involving resistance to a representative of authority or another person performing duties related to the maintenance of public order or preventing the violation of public order, -
is punishable by a fine in the amount from five hundred thousand to one million rubles or in the amount of the offender's salary or other income for a period of three to four years, or compulsory labor for a term up to five years, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to seven years
