Innovative Activities
Innovative activity - activity (including scientific, technological, organizational, financial and commercial activities) aimed at implementing innovative projects, as well as creating an innovative infrastructure and ensuring its operation

Innovative (implementation) activity is considered to be the activity of creating and using intellectual products, bringing new original ideas to realization in the form of a finished product on the market.
This activity includes, in particular, a combination or combination of the following directions of scientific and technical and intermediary works:
- organization of expertises, implementation and mass production of inventions, "know-how", scientific and technical developments, scientific works, discoveries, industrial designs, trademarks, commercial designations and other works to which internationally recognized rights relating to intellectual property in the field of science and technology apply, as well as creation of prototype samples, conducting experimental tests, creation and transfer of new technical samples, technologies and scientific-technical documentation, preparation of production;
- conduct of scientific research, project development, experimental design, marketing research aimed at creating samples of new equipment and technologies;
- patent and licensing activities

innovative activities - performance of works and (or) provision of services aimed at:
creation and organization of production of fundamentally new or products with new consumer properties (goods, works, services);
creation and application of new or modernization of existing methods (technologies) of its production, distribution and use;
application of structural, financial and economic, personnel, informational and other innovations (new introductions) in the manufacture and sale of products (goods, works, services), ensuring cost savings or creating conditions for such savings;
