Information Resources of Customs Authorities
1. The information resources of customs authorities consist of documented information (data) available to customs authorities in accordance with international agreements, the customs legislation of the Customs Union, this Federal Law, other federal laws, including:
1) information (information) provided by persons when performing customs operations in accordance with the customs legislation of the Customs Union and the legislation of the Russian Federation on customs matters;
2) information (information) provided by federal executive authorities in accordance with inter-agency agreements on the exchange of information;
3) information (information) sent by foreign government agencies upon request by a federal executive authority authorized in the field of customs affairs, and/or in accordance with international agreements on the exchange of information
