4.1.3. Monuments of regional significance include publications of all types and formats, whose value is determined by their historical and cultural importance to the corresponding region and its ethnic groups:
- local print collections (print archives),
- ethnic, regional studies, personal, and other specialized collections, private libraries,
- individual valuable publications and copies
