Maritime claim
A maritime claim is any claim arising from:
causing damage during the operation of a vessel;
causing harm to life or health of a citizen on land or water directly related to the operation of a vessel;
carrying out a rescue operation or any salvage agreement;
costs incurred by any person in taking measures to prevent or reduce damage, including damage to the environment, if such claim arises from an international treaty of the Russian Federation, law, or any agreement, as well as damage caused or likely to be caused by such measures;
expenses for raising, removal or destruction of a sunken vessel or its cargo;
any agreement for use of a vessel;
any contract of maritime freight transportation or contract of maritime passenger transportation on a vessel;
loss or damage to cargo, including luggage transported on a vessel;
general average;
pilotage services;
towing;
provision of foodstuffs, materials, fuel, supplies, equipment, including containers, for operation or maintenance of a vessel;
construction, repair, modernization or re-equipment
vessels; port and canal dues, fees on other inland waterways;
wages and other amounts due to the vessel's captain and other members of the crew for their work aboard the vessel, including repatriation expenses and social insurance contributions paid on behalf of the vessel's captain and other crew members;
disbursement expenses incurred in relation to the vessel;
insurance premium, including mutual insurance contributions and payable by the vessel's owner or their charterer under a bareboat charter, or on their behalf;
commission, brokerage, or agency fees paid by the shipowner or their charterer under a bareboat charter or on their behalf;
any dispute regarding the ownership or possession of the vessel;
any dispute between two or more shipowners concerning the use of the vessel and the distribution of profits;
a registered mortgage of the vessel or a registered encumbrance of the same nature;
any dispute arising from a contract for the sale of the vessel
