Insurance agents
1. Insurance agents - individuals permanently residing on the territory of the Russian Federation and carrying out their activities on the basis of a civil law contract, or Russian legal entities (commercial organizations), who represent the insurer in relations with the policyholder and act on behalf of the insurer and at its direction in accordance with the powers granted to them
